Many people says, " We can guess about the persons attitude and his mind set just by little observing how he walks. Haven't you felt sometime boring, like doing nothing and seating idle. And that time you don't even want to do something that will cheer you up. Many people advice to busy yourself in some work so that your mind will be diverted and you will get out of that state, Might this can work for other buddies, but hasn't worked for me. I am trying something new this time. And I would suggest you to give a try to that, You don't have to go for any extraordinary task. Just walk fast, For whatever you are up to, Even if you are going for a tea, Walk little fast than your normal speed. Whatever may be the reason you were upset about, Try this and walk fast. I don't no the reason behind it, But the reason for which you were upset will not haunt you that much. Its working for me.
Someone said that the " Best way to escape from a problem is to solve it." So you would ask ' how walking fast will solve the problem?'.
No walking fast will not solve any problem. But walking fast will give opportunity to neutralize that tension because of which you are upset and thereafter you can deal with problem from new angle.
This walking fast also has some other advantages like, First its good for your health.Secondly when you walk fast it seems that you are busy and in hurry, so it will have good impression of yours on your boss. So this can help you with your appraisal.
So try this out, might prove helpful for another Bongar like me.
